Choose the Right Shipping Method for Fast Delivery

Here are detailed instructions on the different shipping channels:

Air Freight:

For urgent shipments, you can choose to use air freight channels. Air freight is faster and allows you to receive your goods as soon as possible. We collaborate with multiple courier companies, including ABX, DHL, GDEX, and more. We also offer free throw discounts. You can view the channel billing policy details when submitting a waybill.

Small Sea Shipping:

We use sea freight container methods for transportation. Delivery time is slightly longer than air freight, but more economical. After the goods arrive at the destination country, we will have a local courier company (such as ABX and SKYNET) for delivery. Sea freight for small packages is suitable for goods weighing up to 20kg and with small volume. The billing method is full throw billing, and the actual weight and volumetric weight whichever higher will be billed. If your goods are shipped to Singapore, you also need to prepay 8% GST based on the value of the goods.

Private Sea Shipping:

This channel is suitable for mailing large-volume or heavy goods. The price is economical and easy to clear customs, but the transportation time is slower and is suitable for users who are not in a hurry to receive their items. The weight limit of 1 cubic meter is 500KG, and the overweight calculation method is to divide the actual weight by 500KG to calculate the billable cubic number. The billing method is the higher of the volume weight and the actual weight. Please note that additional ouskirts area delivery charges may apply in parts of West and East Malaysia. If your goods are shipped to Singapore, you need to pay 8% GST in advance according to the value of the goods.
