1. To Accept
Our company has received the customer's waybill and awaits operator review. If information is unclear or insufficient, the customer will be contacted for confirmation.
2. To Process
The operator has reviewed the delivery information and forwarded it to the warehouse for processing and packaging.
3. To Pay
The warehouse has completed the order packing, weighing and freight calculation and awaits customer payment. Customers may manually delay package deadline for special circumstances.
4. To Ship
The customer has paid for the order and awaits warehouse shipment arrangements.
5. To Receive
The package has been shipped and is in transit, awaiting customer signature.
6. Add-on Service
Individual waybills require add-on services that cannot be paid with the order fee during task processing. This option is unavailable after paying the order fee.
7. Completed
The order has completed all processes and looks forward to your next shipment.
