To ensure sufficient space in the Guangzhou warehouse to accommodate increased flow of goods, we have implemented the following optimization measures for parcels exceeding the 30-day free storage period (counted from the date of arrival):
1. The rights to use the parcels will be regularly arranged for sea shipping to our warehouse in West Malaysia. Once arrived at the warehouse in West Malaysia, customers can collect their parcels.
2. International shipping fees will be calculated based on the volume of the goods, including sea shipping fees from China to West Malaysia and local postage fees for door-to-door delivery (West Malaysia/East Malaysia/Singapore).
3. We will charge a warehouse handling fee of 10 RMB or per parcel weighing below 20kg (per tracking number).
4. For parcels exceeding the 30-day storage period, we will automatically arrange sea shipping back to our warehouse in Malaysia or handle local disposal in China.
5. If a product has not reached 30 days in storage but has exceeded its shelf life (e.g., perishable food items), we will no longer be responsible for its storage.
6. The maximum storage period in our Malaysia warehouse is 60 days.
7. For expired or unidentified parcels, we will contact the customers for confirmation before arranging shipping back to Malaysia. If there is no response within 3 days, the warehouse will proceed accordingly.
To maintain a tidy warehouse, we will conduct regular organization and implement unified handling procedures.
Please be informed of the above optimization measures.
