Order Status Query: Grasp the order status in time

Order payment status

Unpaid means that the user has submitted the order but has not paid for the order; paid means that the user has paid for the order.

Order purchase or delivery status

Purchased means that the buyer has placed an order according to the user's order; shipped means that the seller has sent the package.

Order storage status

Pending storage means that the package has arrived at the warehouse and is waiting for the warehouse to enter the package information; in stock means that the package entry has been completed, and the user can submit the international waybill.

Order completed or closed status

When the order transaction is completed, it means that the international waybill has been submitted; when the transaction is closed, it means that the order has been cancelled.

The following are some status descriptions related to orders, which can be used to describe the status of orders at different stages. Below is a brief description of each state:


Unpaid: The user has submitted the order but has not yet made the payment.


Paid: The order user has completed the payment and is waiting for the buyer to purchase.


Purchased: The buyer has purchased the required goods and is waiting for the seller to ship them.


Shipped: The seller has shipped and updated the order information, and the package is on its way.


Pending Storage: The package has arrived at the warehouse and is waiting for the warehouse staff to arrange warehousing.


In Stock: The warehouse staff has arranged for the parcel to be stored in the warehouse, and you can select and submit the international waybill in the cloud warehouse.


Transaction Completed: The international waybill has been submitted and the order has been completed.


Trading Closed: The order is closed due to cancellation or other reasons.
