Beilun Customs: seized infringing game cards
Recently, Beilun Customs under Ningbo Customs seized a large number of game cards suspected of infringing "POKEMON" trademark rights, with a total of more than 1.15 million cards.
During the inspection of a batch of goods declared as "thermos cups, plastic waterproof mats, and neutral pens", the inspecting officers found a large number of game cards with the "POKEMON" logo and cartoon character images that were not declared. After contacting the rights holder, it was confirmed that they were all infringing products.
Meishan Customs: seized infringing blades
Recently, Meishan Customs under Ningbo Customs inspected a batch of razor blades declared by a company and found the words "BIC" printed on both the blades and the packaging. After contacting the rights holder, it was confirmed that the entire batch of razor blades was infringing goods.
After counting, the total number of infringing razor blades in this batch was 499,800.
Beilun Customs: Don't Touch Chinese Goods with Counterfeit Shoes
Recently, Beilun Customs under Ningbo Customs inspected a batch of unbranded rubber shoes and found that some of them had the "ERKE and graphics" trademark printed on them, indicating a strong suspicion of infringement. After contacting the relevant rights holder of the Chinese brand "Hongxing Erke," it was confirmed that this batch of shoes was suspected of infringing its trademark rights, with a total of 778 pairs. Currently, these goods have been detained in accordance with the law.
Since the beginning of this year, Ningbo Customs has seized 11 batches of goods that infringe on independent intellectual property rights. Customs will firmly defend brand trademark rights and escort "national brands" to the world.
Beilun Customs: Seizure of 167,000 Pieces of Infringing Stationery
Recently, Beilun Customs under Ningbo Customs inspected a shipment of festival goods declared as unbranded and found that some of the festival goods, as well as unreported stationery such as crayons and rulers, had classic cartoon characters such as "Mickey Mouse," "Cinderella," "Frozen," "Cars," and "My Little Pony" printed on them.
After contacting each rights holder, it was confirmed that these goods did not obtain authorization to use these cartoon characters. After counting, the total number of these goods was approximately 167,000 pieces.
Shenzhen Customs: seized 415 infringing hard disk backplanes
Recently, when inspecting a batch of electronic components declared by a logistics company for export in the form of warehouse re-export in a bonded area, the customs officers of Futian Customs affiliated to Shenzhen Customs found that 415 hard disk backplanes in this batch of goods were printed with the "RU" logo, but The enterprise cannot provide relevant qualification certificates for authorized production and sales. The customs immediately contacted the obligee for verification.
Confirmed by the obligee, the above goods infringe the intellectual property rights of the obligee.
Tianjin Customs: Seized infringing hats and footballs
On April 12, Tianjin Dongjiang Customs seized 1,198 suspected infringing hats and 357 allegedly infringing footballs. When Tianjin Dongjiang customs officers inspected the hats and footballs, they found that the hats had the graphic of the anime character "Kaomen Tanjiro (Demon Slayer Uniform)" and the footballs had the "planet graphic".
After contacting the rights holders separately, it was confirmed that the above two batches of goods are infringing goods, and the rights holders have applied for customs protection measures for intellectual property rights.
Tianjin Xingang Customs: Seized 2,370 suspected infringing student supplies
Recently, Tianjin Xingang Customs seized a batch of pencil cases and backpacks for students suspected of infringement, a total of 2,370. Tianjin Xingang Customs officers inspected a batch of goods and found patterns such as "Frozen", "Cinderella" and "Ultraman" printed on the actual goods. After contacting the intellectual property right holders, the batch of student supplies was suspected of infringing on the right to exclusive use of trademarks, and the right holders applied for customs protection of intellectual property rights.
After counting, there were 2,304 pencil cases and 66 backpacks for students suspected of infringement.
Zhengzhou Customs: Seized a batch of infringing goods
Recently, Zhengzhou Customs seized 2,700 pairs of game controllers declared for export by a certain company. Among them, 2,300 pairs of game controllers have built-in game programs with the "nintendo" logo, and 400 pairs of game controller buttons have similar "Sony" filing patterns. After confirmation by the right holders, the above are all infringing goods.
Zhangjiagang Customs: Seized 2,652 suspected infringing auto parts
On April 14, Zhangjiagang customs detained 2,652 auto parts suspected of violating the trademark rights of "TOYOTA" and "Fleetguard". Previously, when customs officers inspected the batch of goods on the spot, they found 2,372 auto parts such as shock absorbers and brake pads marked with the "TOYOTA" trademark, and 280 auto parts such as oil-water separators and machine filters marked with the "Fleetguard" trademark. , there is a suspicion of infringement.
