If the user does not want the package and wishes to return it to the seller, they can contact customer service to request a return. Our purchaser will contact the seller to inquire if they accept returns. If the seller agrees to the return, we will coordinate with the warehouse to arrange for the return to the seller. However, the user will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees. Please note that the domestic shipping fee paid for the order cannot be refunded as it has already been paid to the shipping company. The seller will only refund the price of the goods after receiving them.
1.The user contacts customer service to request a return.
2.The purchaser contacts the seller to inquire if they accept returns.
3.If the seller accepts the return, the purchaser will notify the warehouse to arrange for the return.
4.After the warehouse arranges the return, we will inform the user whether they agree to cover the return shipping and handling fees (the exact amount will be determined after the warehouse arranges the return).
5.Once the user agrees to the fees, we will deduct the amount from their account.
After the seller receives the returned goods and refunds us, we will notify the finance department to process the refund to the user (the refund is expected to be processed within 3-5 days).
Return and Exchange:
The following reasons allow users to choose returns and exchanges, and our purchaser will assist users in contacting the seller for communication:
1.If the package arrives at the warehouse and the user finds that the goods are incorrect or damaged, they can request a return or exchange.
2.If the seller sends the wrong goods or the package is damaged upon arrival at the warehouse, we will notify the user and the seller and assist the user in contacting the seller for return or exchange.
3.If the user wants to exchange for a different style, size, color, etc. of the product.
Return and Exchange Process:
1.If there are issues such as package damage or wrong goods sent, we will notify the user and contact the seller for resolution.
2.After confirming with the seller, we will notify the warehouse to arrange the return to the seller (if it is the seller's error, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller).
3.After the seller receives the returned goods, they will arrange to resend the correct goods to the warehouse, and our purchaser will update the correct tracking number upon pre-advice of receipt.
4.After the package arrives at the warehouse, the user can choose to inspect the package or directly submit the international waybill to complete the return or exchange process.
