The following is information about package returns and processing:
1.Packages containing sensitive goods may be returned/confiscated/fined by customs when shipped through normal channels.
2.After receiving a return notice, we will contact the customer to confirm and arrange for reshipment through sensitive channels or return to the Guangzhou warehouse for unpacking and inspection before making arrangements.
3.An operation fee of CNY 30/Ship For Me order will be charged for returned packages.
4.If the customer wants to reship through sensitive channels, they will need to pay the difference in shipping fees.
