Difference of BuyForMe and Self-purchase

Purchasing goods from overseas can be done through two methods: proxy purchasing and self-service purchasing with forwarding.

Proxy purchasing is a service where we help you buy products on wholesale platforms like Taobao, Tmall, and 1688. You only need to pay in MYR or SGD, choose your products, and submit your order. We will assist you through the entire shopping process, making it simple and time-efficient.

Through proxy purchasing, you can enjoy limited-time promotions, holiday discounts, and Taobao member benefits. You only need to pay for the shipping fees and the cost of delivering the products to our warehouse in Guangzhou (if applicable). We do not charge any additional fees for proxy purchasing orders. The final purchase price will be based on the price at which the buyer placed the order, and if there is a difference, we will refund or make up for it.

Self-service purchasing with forwarding refers to you buying products from Chinese sellers on 1688 or Taobao and then sending them to our international forwarding warehouse. Once the package arrives at the warehouse, our staff will arrange for it to be stored and you can log in to the cloud warehouse to view the package and submit an international shipping order.

Please note that after the seller ships the package, please promptly request the shipping number from the seller and add the package information to the cloud warehouse to ensure that your package is accurately stored in your account.

Overall, proxy purchasing is more convenient and faster, and is suitable for customers who are not familiar with the purchase process or are not convenient to pay. Self-service purchasing with forwarding requires customers to take responsibility for purchasing and payment, and allows customers to be more flexible in selecting and purchasing products.
